I Want to Judge Me

June 25, 2014 @ 9:00 am - July 15, 2014 @ 10:30 am

A class for those with reoccurring self-judgmentitis!

“Any story that you tell about yourself causes suffering.  There is no authentic story.” ~ Byron Katie . .

When critical thoughts about us appear, they can be as irrefutably true as they are hard to ignore. Throughout this class, your self-judgments become the building blocks from which meaningful and potentially undiscovered concepts and Judge-Your-Neighbor Worksheets grow. It appears we all share the same self-judgments and their variations;

  •   I’m not good enough,
  •   I’m doing it wrong,
  •   I should…
  •   I’ll never…
  •   There’s something wrong with me,
  •   I don’t belong.

As a group, we will find support and inspiration discovering where these sabotaging beliefs came from, how they evolvedto where they won’t go away, and whether or not they’re serving us today. Join in the excitement and anticipation of the unknown of where will my self-judgments will take me—an authentic journey doing The Work without motive. Start gathering up your most persistent and strongly true ‘I’ concepts, ready to add them to our communal pile. We’ll set them alight and watch them burn.   Four Tuesdays days 24th June – 15th July 2014

  • 9am – 10.30am Pacific Time

Four Saturdays 26th July – 16th August  2014
